Our MOQ is typically one 20ft container (approximately 1,000-1,200 sqm for 300x600 tiles). For trial orders, we can accommodate smaller quantities. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Tiles are packed in standard export cartons with foam protection between layers. Each carton is labeled with product name, size, color, and quantity. Pallets are wrapped with stretch film and secured with steel straps for sea freight. Custom packaging is available for OEM orders.

Production time is typically 15-25 days after order confirmation. Sea freight transit time varies by destination: Australia 10-15 days, Southeast Asia 7-12 days, Middle East 20-30 days, Europe 25-35 days, North America 25-35 days. We provide FOB, CIF, and DDP terms.

Yes, we fully support OEM and ODM orders. We can customize tile sizes, colors, surface finishes, and packaging according to your requirements. Our design team can also help develop new patterns. MOQ for custom orders may vary — please contact us for details.

Yes, we provide free samples for quality verification. You only need to cover the courier cost. Sample tiles are typically 300x600mm pieces. We can send 3-5 different finishes for your evaluation. Contact us to arrange sample shipment.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as the primary payment method. Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment or against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also acceptable for large orders.

We implement a 4-step quality control process: raw material inspection, in-process monitoring during production, 100% final inspection before packaging, and pre-shipment audit. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and products carry CE certification. We also welcome third-party inspections (e.g., SGS).

With our standardized export packaging, the breakage rate is typically less than 2%. We include 2-3% extra tiles in each shipment as free replacement for any potential breakage. If breakage exceeds this rate, we will compensate in the next order.

Yes, our products come with CE certification, ISO 9001 quality management certification, and SGS test reports. We can also provide additional certifications as required by your local market regulations.
